So, I was a big dork earlier today(sleep deprivation from constantly squeeing and excitement) when I posted on Facebook about my Release Day Contest. Somehow Rafflecopter cut me off earlier than I thought(yes, I'm blaming them rather than myself!), so I wanted to offer some ammends! It's been the most amazing ride of a week. I've been in the writing biz(okay, I was held POW in the YA world for the last two years) for many years. It's been a long, difficult journey. I've been through two literary agents, two almost traditional book deals with two different books(one that went down in flames very painfully this summer). So, I've been in the valley period for quite awhile. To once again get up to the mountain and have it through such a wonderfully supportive and amazing community brings tears to my eyes. I'm a Southern gal taught to be gracious, so I wanted to do somethings to give back!
FIRST OFF, FOR ONE DAY ONLY TODAYTHURSDAY, The Proposition will be available for $1.99. Yes, that's right, I said 1.99!!!

I can't thank you all enough for your love and support of The Proposition!!! I wanted to be able to give back more than just virtual hugs, kisses, chocolate, and ridiculous amounts of GIFS!!
Even though I was left pissed off beyond proportion I loved when he could not make the ultrasound and the events after it. I love (I know I am weird) that he effed up something serious because our hero's can not be all that perfect and I can not wait and see how he redeems himself! Now hurry up the next book! Mersina.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you 100 percent.
DeleteI loved the whole scene by the pond when he realises he is in love with her and it scares the bejesus out of him.
ReplyDeleteI have not read the Proposition yet, though I have already purchased it and plan to start it this weekend! I am reading Naked by Raine Miller and have to finish that first. I'm at quite scared to read it though lol because I keep seeing little bits in pieces about how you are instantly gonna want more!

I have not read the Proposition yet, but it is on my To Read list for next :0) The best book that I read recently is On Dublin Street by Samantha Young and Sea of Tranquility!
ReplyDeleteI love the one liners in the book, but the comment about Aiden being "Sex on a Stick" is one of my favorites!!

can i just say i love the dean gifs? love that dude. ok so favorite part? hafta say its the part where Emma and Aidan go back to her hometown, he meets her family and all i think they grew closer then and Aidan realized his feelings.
ReplyDeleteI loved the book and wanted to throw my Kindle at the end but one of my favorite parts is when they went to her grandparents for the weekend and fell asleep in the hammock and grandpa found them, LOL. It's also when he first realize he loved her.
ReplyDeleteHmmm a favorite part I loved the whole book but my favorite part would have to be in the beginning when Aidan overheard Emma and Connor arguing and he went to make sure Emma was ok and I think a part of me felt like maybe he already had feelings for her and then when he told her his proposition he had to know it wouldnt be that Easy to walk away from her.
ReplyDeleteI just bought my copy:0) Most recent book I loved was Unleashed by Cherrie Lynn. Thanks for an awesome giveaway! I can't wait to read your book

Haven't read The Proposition yet. I do plan to read it this weekend (just bought it!)
ReplyDeleteBest book I've read lately "Beyond Shame" by Kit Rocha. Holy Hotness!!!
Loved the book!! Looking forward to the Proposal!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the book.....is when Aidan walks to the dock at Grammy and Granddaddy's and Emma is sitting with her eyes closed and enjoying herself with no cares in the world. And it hits him that he is absolutely head over heels in love with her, and he is scared shitless. Will this make or break them?!?!?!
ReplyDeleteJust bought The Proposition and heard great things. Best book I've read lately...finished Sea of Tranquility last night...WOW! amazing book...loved it!
ReplyDeleteGoing to buy The Proposition this evening! The best book I have read lately was The Sea of Tranquility
ReplyDeleteFavorite part of the book is definitely when Aiden makes The Proposition!!! He is so damn sexy and your GIF cracks me up.. I should just get that guy for you for Christmas
ReplyDeleteI just finished reading "The Proposition" and totally loved it! I will be counting down the days to the conclussion. Loved it!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite moment was when Aiden got spit up on by his Niece's son lol too funny.
loved loved loved it!
I thought The Proposition was a great book...My favorite part was Natalie's character I thought she played a strong women who went for what she wanted once she got the proposition and also the way she handled her relationship with Luke and even though she quiet in telling Luke about her love she was finally able to express herself...
ReplyDeleteOOH my favourite scene was the one where he has just come home from the business trip to India, and he is so excited to see her, and she's glowing and pregnant, I feel like this was the moment they truly began as a couple! <3 your writing!
ReplyDeletethere are so many things I like; I love that chapter where Aidans nephews are swiming in his pool. How Aidan acts with them, and those naughty boys lol.
ReplyDeleteThen there are that chapter where they visit Aidans dad, and he finds out that he is having a grandchild
And the barn dance with Emmas family - I understand why Aidan was scared by her granddad lol
I loved the proposition and cannot wait for the proposal to come out! One of my favorite parts of the Proposition was when Aidan came to Emma's house and she let him believe she had another man in the house with her and he storms in only to discover it is only his baby great-nephew Mason, that showed how much he really cared since he was jealous enough to barge in and confront a total stranger.
ReplyDeleteI love the proposition…. my favorite part was when Aidan walk to the dock and find Emma sitting and rubbed circles around his belly and Aidan realize he is in love with her…. can't wait for the proposal :)
ReplyDeleteGosh... favorite part?! Just one?! I loved when his dad totally called them out on the pregnancy. Getting to know the secondary characters is always a favorite of mine because they are so often overlooked! But I have to agree with the others about the last few scenes of the book... how he screwed everything up (pun totally intended) and then we were left hanging. Crazy, right?! I love being ticked off at the end of a book because it lets me know that the author has done their job.... I have become invested in the book!!
